The hotel is stylish and neat, with really helpful staff and a great location in Centro. the standard queen room is functional and comes with a clean bathroom. They also offer coffee and fresh fruit in the morning - a nice touch!

Good location, good room. Clean and comfortable.
We got locked out of our room on the second day when returning from the beach, and they wouldn't renew the room key to open the door until the room was paid for, which is fair enough but our cards were in the room and we were not informed of it on the check in/before we left on that day. The reception staff were quite bad at that point. They also tried to charge for garage space even after we told them we did not have a car. Make sure you ask if your card has been charged when checking in to avoid these problems and it is worth if you get a good rate for the room.

Situated near the historical center of the city. The ability of the staff to park the car in the rather small garage.
The upper floor is too hot, our room was too small and the air conditioning very noisy!

The hotel's decor was elegant and had a charming vintage touch, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained, making it easy for seniors to navigate around. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with ramps and handrails available throughout the premises, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
It would have been even better if there were more options for senior-friendly activities or events organized specifically for us.

Easter weekend was okay at this hotel. the two complementary facts were good, the breakfast and the Wi-Fi. the location was decent, not too far from the attractions. That was the only advantage.
Other than that, it was a pretty bad experience. the room was tiny, outdated and smelled moldy.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel! It was within walking distance to the bus station and central to getting around this city. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of healthy options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The hotel facilities were clean and modern.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. the location was convenient to the main bus station and I was able to easily get around the island. It was also easy to get to the airport from here. the breakfast had a good variety and everything was clean and safe.
The room was a bit small and didn't have a great view.
